Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by 906 Tree Service LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to our customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By requesting or accepting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Tree removal

  • Tree trimming and pruning

  • Stump grinding

  • Tree Planting

  • Emergency storm services

  • Brush and debris removal

All services will be outlined in a written estimate or agreement prior to work being performed.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

  • Hidden conditions (e.g., decay, underground obstacles, or structural issues) may result in additional charges.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may change if the scope of work is modified by the customer.

3. Scheduling and Access

  • Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site.

  • Delays caused by weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances may result in rescheduling.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App].

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or refuse services for non-payment.

5. Property and Liability

  • The Company will take reasonable precautions to protect your property; however, tree work is inherently hazardous.

  • The Company is not responsible for:

    • Damage to underground utilities not properly marked

    • Pre-existing property conditions

    • Minor lawn, landscaping, or surface damage caused by equipment

  • Customers are responsible for notifying the Company of any known hazards, including septic systems, underground lines, or irrigation systems.

6. Permits and Compliance

  • The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Company will comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

  • Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable depending on circumstances.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work performed according to the agreed scope.

8. Emergency Services - Emergency or storm-related services may be subject to:

  • Premium pricing

  • Immediate payment requirements

  • Limited availability based on demand and safety conditions

9. Warranty and Workmanship

  • We stand behind the quality of our work; however, no guarantees are made regarding:

    • Future tree health

    • Natural changes due to weather, disease, or environmental conditions

  • Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 906 Tree Service LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of property value or use

  • Damages caused by circumstances beyond our control

11. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 906 Tree Service LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Failure to disclose hazards

  • Improper site conditions

  • Third-party interference

​

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be provided upon request or posted where applicable.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

​
